Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Gown

Carefully fold the dress in its original garment bag and place it inside the shipping box to prevent wrinkles or damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our quality team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
